Poor customer service. Will act like they own the bike and not listen to what you want done for it. Waste of time coming here. Will take advantage of you on prices too if you aren’t careful - ended up taking the bike elsewhere and still charged $300 to do a quote on the bike…glad I pulled out early.
Absolute joke of a place, got a quote for a $450 minor service day of service arrived and as I went to drop my bike off I was told it will be an EXTRA $500 on top for what needed to be done on the bike. Shameless behaviour trying to take advantage of people. $900+ for a general minor service is absolutely ridiculous.
I had a bit of metal in my tyre and was near them, gave them a call and they said bring it and repaired it straight away. I thought I would use them to do the service on my bike as I have been burned by a couple of the big name bike places. Could not be happier, fair price and the bike is running like a dream
Excellent service! Fixed my tubeless leak in 5mins. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Nippon. Had them do a minor service on my bike. They did a great job and well priced. Awesome customer service and they even dropped me off at the train station to get to work. I'll be servicing all my bikes here from now on.
