We were thrilled to buy our first Toyota Hiace! From the moment we arrived to Nippon Imports, Ali took great care of us. He even took time on his day off to have us look at it again. Want to acknowledge the seriousness and professionalism of Nippon Imports in Sydney recommended by Minh Lam, the administrator of the Australian Facebook group for the Estima owners. Back again. The boys squeezed in my van after driving from Maitland to change 2 tyres over. They checked the plate on the wheel I was having trouble with, gave me sound advice and also discovered I had no pads left on my breaks. They said I was lucky to arrive without damaging the van. They have fixed it all so its safe and sound for a great price. I fully trust the people here at Nippon Imports. They care about their customers safety and not just $.
