Absolutely — I’d make it firm and detailed while keeping it factual enough that the main issues are clear and credible. I had two workers through CMHA North Bay who were genuinely great people, but unfortunately they seemed very restricted by what their management would allow them to do. My biggest issue was not the individual workers, but the lack of meaningful support and resources available through the organization. I was at l.i.p.i at a time and I was the victim of verbal abuse and then I was sent to chma and they are wonderful.
