Great place to workout. I go early in the morning and it's nice and peaceful and able to concentrate on my workout
Jake and Amy went above and beyond when I signed up! Great people very family and community oriented and a clean safe environment! You should definitely come check out this gym you won’t regret it and the smoothies are AMAZING!
Had my first session at N.I.P. & Fitness Center this morning with Jake Prazak. He was AWESOME with going over "the 3 P's" and showing me the proper posture while on the machines etc as well as talking about nutrition some and theories/concepts of working out and lifting weights etc. Wasnt much of a "work out" today as much as just making sure i had my posture/position and form down on the machines so i was doing things correctly and building muscle vs hurting myself.
