We can’t thank Josh and his team enough ! They were the best partners we could possibly ask for. Not only were they very professional, they gave us so many recommendations to help us launch our brand. They were very knowledgeable and more than accommodating to our needs. I'd put zero stars if they allowed for that. I've never worked with a more unprofessional organization. But if you want your cans to start spontaneously leaking and exploding on multiple runs then these are your guys

We've done two runs at Ninth Planet and both ended with leaking cans that destroyed a large portion of our inventory. Once the cans leak, they can ruin an entire pallet or more depending on the culprit's location. After the first incident with Ninth, we were told changes had been made to improve the pasteurization process. We gave them a go with a second run only to find ourselves in the same predicament, leaking cans destroying our inventory. Incredibly professional co-manufacturer. Sitting here now as they're handling my first production run of three new products. They've been nothing but reliable and on top of absolutely everything. As a self-admitted control freak, they're often several steps ahead of me with the questions or concerns I'd have. I was thoroughly impressed on my first trip up here and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
