Tried to call to inquire about a graduation sash embroidery. And the guy who answered seemed annoyed. He was upset I called to inquire and said “why don’t you send an email you went to college!” Definitely don’t recommend this place!
Extremely rude service when I called to ask about a grad sash. I wasn't able to get a word in and they hung up on me mid-sentence.
NinjaStitch helped me with a last minute project where I needed a custom velcro patch to be made. They were incredibly friendly and responsive and I am very excited to work with them on more custom items in the future. 10/10 would recommend

If I could 0 stars I would. They do the worst job and have the worst customer service. Do not go if you want quality work. They can’t be trusted.
