Always Great service and food
Every time I go there the food is absolutely spot-on the staff is wonderful great place to eat money well spent.
Didnt get what we ordered. The gentleman thats is the owner and awesome is currently in China, his wife is running it. She decided to argue that we did get filet not steak. The whole table ordered filet (people we dont even know) agreed it was clearly steak and not filet. Waitress even agreed it was brought out. Yet the owners wife still argued and said we were all wrong and just dont know the difference. 2 years ago same deal with wine. Been to Wakano many times. Unfortunately service was non-existant. No one else in the restaurant, no server ever came, yet 4-5 employees walking around on their phones. Ended up getting up and leaving, and was told to have a great night as we left. Quite hilarious.
