I always love going and seeing Nini. She does a great job every time I bring a different nail design to her, and her nails last me 3 or more weeks I’ve had one set last up to 8 weeks before getting a fill! Highly recommend!!
I won’t go anywhere else love Nini with my whole heart. She always does such a good job.
I’ve been to the Palouse Mall location as a walk-in twice. Both times they were understaffed and rushed. The first time we sat in the pedi chairs until the water was cold. This time wasn’t as bad but it took a while. I understand that perhaps I should have made an appointment, but their sign welcomes walk-ins. I spent $80 for a regular pedi and a gel mani and my nails don’t look great. The polish was applied unevenly, it covers my cuticles, and there are a couple of rough areas. I love my nails and Nini is the BEST!!
The basic manicure is a complete rip for what it is. $25 and the lady spent 5 minutes to barely fix my cuticles, left streaks on my nails from the nail buffer and rubbed more lotion on my arms than my actual hands - my hands actually still needed a little lotion that’s how little she paid attention. The deluxe pedicure was okay. Again more attention to rubbing legs than working on my actual feet but the gel polish came out nice looking.
