The ladies at the reception desk were very very nice and friendly and kept everyone informed about Dr Doan being late and when he arrived. Dr Doan was very helpful and didn't mind answering the questions I had also he wasn't in a hurry and rushing through our meeting. He put me at ease about having the surgery.
My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ninh Doan, and his staff!! Dr. Doan performed a Fusion of the back on both of us and made sure we were well taken care of in the hospital and during follow-up visits. His bedside manner was so professional and understanding of our pain and concerns. Not only did his PA checked in on me during the 3 days of my hospital stay, but Dr. Doan did as well!! This doctor is the best doctor in surgeon ever! You can’t tell me anything bad about him. He performed the surgery on my neck. I came out great and I’m still alive! Now the office if there’s anything to say negative, it would be the front counter people, but That is just what Baptist hospital has set in place. Dr. Doan It’s the best ever!!!
