Absolutely horrible!!!! The tech showed up in his personal truck ran the machine for about 20 minutes and decided that he couldn't clear my line then he located my sewer about 10 feet from my house and proceeded to charge me $200 for absolutely nothing!!!!! I went and rented a sewer machine at home depot muscled through my back pain and had the clog cleared in 20 minutes!!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone again!!

Fixed it quick!
I hired them to rooter my sewer line and they ran a scope. They told me I needed to replace my line since there was a break... $8k. It actually wasn't a break but a bend in the line. I went to the city and had someone from the sewer department look at the video. BEWARE.
Very quick and efficient. Little to no small talk which was nice considering the emergency.
