We bought a manual -foot pedal - trash can in January 2026. In February the plastic foot pedal broke and a steel rod connection became hard to operate. Definitely not with a barefoot. I noticed that it had a month on the warranty and a warning that said "don't return it to the store. Contact customer service." Decent enough trash can with automated lid, but absolutely, literally NO customer service! Despite writing them five times, in accordance with their instructions, over a two-week period, I have not received a single response. And I was inquiring for help to BUY a replacement part! For my next trash can, it will have to be a choice other than Ninestars.
Customer service took 2 weeks for their first reply…. Oh wait their only reply. Their warranty means nothing. DO NOT BUY NINESTARS PRODUCTS!
The service is smooth and straightforward.
