Decent enough trash can with automated lid, but absolutely, literally NO customer service! Despite writing them five times, in accordance with their instructions, over a two-week period, I have not received a single response. And I was inquiring for help to BUY a replacement part! For my next trash can, it will have to be a choice other than Ninestars.
Customer service took 2 weeks for their first reply…. Oh wait their only reply. Their warranty means nothing. DO NOT BUY NINESTARS PRODUCTS!
