Dr Frank and his office staff are amazing . He is the best feline vet in Southeast Florida and is a great diagnostician. I have had a problem cat who has had multiple problems and he always gets the diagnosis right and cures my Sammy of his problems . I highly recommend Nine Lives . A compassionate staff.
Exceptional care and kindness from Dr. Frank and his staff. Had one visit which went very well and then hurricane Irma came and my kitty hadn't eaten for 6 days due to stress. I called the office and to my surprise the staff was there and were so helpful. Prescribed medication and called me twice to make sure he was doing better. Highly recommend them.
I am so happy to have found Dr. Frank and his wonderful staff. I just cannot thank you enough for the genuine care and concern you have given me and my two senior boys. You have made them comfortable and gone over and above . I have found this office to be extremly compassionate and I very highly recommend Dr. Frank.
Yesterday was my first time going to 9 lives, i was referred by a current client who also met me there. As heartbroken as i am about my little "Mystery Kitty", seen by Dr. Frank, I am just as happy with 9 lives and how professional, caring, honest and suppirtive everyone was during my visit! The staff and environment helped me to keep calm and clear headed durning a very difficult time! Thanks Dr. Frank and everyone at 9 lives!

There is no other place I would take my cats. Saw crappy vet after crappy vet. Kept looking and found Dr. Franks. Sweet. Compassionate. DOESNT OVERCHARGE OR UNECESSARILY ORDER TESTS. I live all the way across town but I wouldn't contemplate anyone else. If you have a cat, this is the place for you. BTW-He has a huge window in exam room that is for his aviary. It's the perfect distraction for anxious kitties.🐱🐱🐱
