We came from south Broward animal hospital which was going downhill fast once they got bought out and were looking for something for our 2 cats. We loved the vet there and the atmosphere, the vet didn't do anything that was not necessary and gave us more info as well as sent us links to things that could help us out. Additionally they have a little aviary with finches where the cats can focus on instead of being focused on the vet . I loved the experience and my usually scared cat was taken care of quickly and carefully
Dr Frank and his staff are the best! I have been going to Nine Lives for years! They care!!!
Beautiful clinic with friendly staff. My cat was not cooperative and did not appreciate his examination. The staff stayed calm. Dr. Samuel Frank was patient and understanding eve. When my cat slap him in the face, he was not phased at all. We are in great hands. Thank you! We added a kitten to our family and we wanted to make sure that she gets her exam with Dr. Frank. I feel much better knowing that he was able to confirm her good health.
Do not go to VCA for anything cat related. Please instead come to Dr. Frank who is caring, compassionate and very forthcoming with everything. My cat spent 6 months with an impacted bladder and inflamed urethra which is why he was aggressive, anxious and unmanageable. I brought him to the VCA three times and every time they said he was fine. Nothing seemed amiss. He's just like this. I went to Dr. Frank and immediately he is diagnosed, on anti-biotics and within a week has a nearly 180 degree turn around. Now with specialty ... read more
Dr Frank Marie and Sue always there for me .not enough words.Marie also extra helpful.been going there for more than 15 years.dr Frank very compassionate. Recently my Mimi was in her fibal hours and dr Frank made everything more easy for me.even a prayer for Mimi..who was like 19 years.evety question always answered. Highly recommend.
