Best ribs I’ve had.
I moved to Amarillo two years ago from Austin area. I was reluctant to try the local barbq but heard good things about nine line. I don’t share reviews often and I am sorry to say this was some of the worst barbq I have had anywhere. The Brisket was undercooked and tough , that’s a cardinal sin for brisket, the sausage also well undercooked. I am sorry to have to write this review. I support veteran owned businesses. Maybe this was just a bad Saturday to try.

I came too late and the brisket was sold out already but the pulled pork, so good! 😋
Fantastic! The Brisket was good, service was even better. Will be back next time I’m in town.
