THE Food is great and large portions served . The staff are very friendly and quick service. We had a great time and to finish off our evening this gentleman paid for our whole bill.We Deejust wanted to thank him again. It is nice to know there are special people out there.The best of luck to you.
Their food is always amazing. the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. and today was amazing. a local man came through and paid our entire bill. not only are there still good people in this world. but there are still some in Norwich. and I didnt get a chance to thank him. awesome attitude.
Good food and decent service
When you answer the phone and say “yeah, Nina’s..” while sounding completely miserable it made me not even want to place an order. Once I got there to get my food I had to wait for the girl behind the counter to get done showing cell phone pictures to the girl in front of me which I’m guessing was a friend. So down hill for what used to be a Norwich staple. Pizza was a 5/10. Meh
I have always loved going to Nina’s for lunch. The staff is always so pleasant and food is so good. I went there today and their credit card machines were down. As a former server I know how stressful that can be. The man at the counter was so understanding and pleasant and said I can pay him back tomorrow. I can’t recommend them enough!

They were very rude and would not serv us tonight , before parade , even though there was tables,We will never go back there
Absolutely disgusting... spoiled sausage in my Stromboli, pizza tasted funny and my daughter asked for crispy chicken and got raw chicken. Its been 5 or 6 years since we been there. From what i heard at the parade, the new owner isn’t good at all... its too bad because that place use to be great. DO NOT RECOMMEND
usually I like the pizza but this time it wasnt cooked . I'm disappointed. I do not like raw pizza not sure if I'll go back
