Very thick gel polish that took months to remove professionally, since they charge $30+ for gel polish removal. Establishment is very bright fluorescent lights, it does not feel very welcoming at all, more like an institution.

I have been going to Nina's for years and never had a bad experience. Just got my hands and feet done for my trip and again, couldn't be happier.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The last 3 times I went there I was charged more every time for the same thing. Last time I showed Nina a video and asked if she can do that. She said yes no problem. She didn't! She also nicked my cuticles twice 😢 The design was a disaster, she even didn't like it and wiped it off 3 times. I told her that I did not like it and she did not care. ** TERRIBLE SERVICE *** This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly—they didn’t even smile or greet me. They seemed uninterested in their work and acted like they didn’t care about providing good service. Throughout the appointment, they were impatient and made me feel uncomfortable.
