I was referred to this doctor, Dr. Nina Moore, by a peer of hers at the Main Campus, Cleveland Clinic. I saw Dr. Moore on August 17, 2026. On September 8, without any notice, I was contacted by office staff to say "Dr. Moore changed the plan of care"- which I found extremely odd, since I had no contact with Dr. Moore as of 8/17, and there was absolutely no clinical documentation on my medical record.
