This is the first time that I have seen Dr.Bergquam, and I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Very pleased with the quick response to my message in My Chart. Given an appointment the very next day.
Always appreciate meeting with Dr Bergquam who is knowledgeable and helpful. I communicate mainly through my chart as the wait time on the phone can be 20-30 minutes to talk with someone.( this is typical with all of the Providence Dr offices) This is an area that has needed improvement for the last several years.The recorded hold music is irritating and repetitive. Over all I have had very positive experience with Providence drsthank for this standard of excellence.
