She was not my primary doctor but someone from the same team because my doctor had no opening .I have never met this doctor before but I like her she and her assistant treated me nice
Providers are very responsive. They are just overscheduled. That's a system issue, not a question of provider care
I appreciated that Dr. Bergquam was available to check on a mole that was a concern since my regular primary care provider was not available. Dr. Bergquam was reassuring about my concern.
Dr. Burquam is very patient oriented and listens to any concerns. Also offers good advice.

Our doctor always spends time talking and wants to know what,s going on in our life.
Both Dr. Bergquam and her nurse were very kind and concerned and listened well as I told them what had been going on with me. The dr spent a good deal of time with me listening to my recent concerns regarding my mobility. I was given xrays and referred to physical therapy, both of which were appreciated.
