The Staff cordural but I don't find them to Friendly. Dr Metcalfe is very nice and friendly as well as helpful in trying to help me.
dr. Metcalfe was thorough, listened to the full background of my problems and came up with a plan starting with the most conservative solutions which was perfect. My only suggestion would be for the office. It was my first visit and I had a 1 PM appointment and so showed up at least 15 minutes early since it was my first appointment. I didn’t realize that the office is closed for lunch and locked until 1 PM on the dot there were a number of people standing outside in the hall, waiting for their appointments most of whom are ... read more
