My first time in Dr. Nina's office was excellent. The staff was organized and provided a family atmosphere. Dr. Nina was thorough and very interested in my dental needs.
Dr. Nina Basti is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to in my 65+ years. She is the most skilled at actual procedures, but just as important to me, she takes the time to explain what and why, and doesn't push. She and the staff are all delightful, considerate people also. Dr. Basti gets an A+ for the excellent work she does.
Dr. Nina did an excellent job cleaning out my broken crown and then within an hour made a new crown and installed it with expertise. She made the color of the crown match my teeth color. I haven't had to go back for any problems.
This office is amazing! The staff was all very welcoming and friendly, easy to talk to and seemed to really enjoy and understand their practice. The girl at the front desk (I'm terribly with names) was very kind and went above and beyond to explain price breakdowns. She and the rest of the staff also squeezed me in for a procedure I had thought I'd have to come back for another day. Dr. Basti is truly one of a kind of dentist. She couldn't be any more compassionate as well as professional. All of the staff at the office extend themselves to provide the best service and dental care. Highly recommend.

I'm 76 yrs old and thought my first dentist in NJ was the best, until l came to San Clement!!! From the time u walk in until u the time u leave, ur at awe. Decor is beautiful, Ur welcome with a warm and great smile. Waiting time is minimal, if any! I honestly and truly recommend Nina Basti DDS PRACTICE!!!
Thank you Dr.Basti and your office for Reminding us that professionalism and Caring doctors still exist. I was in a car accident as a teen and lost my 2 front teeth, and have had jaw problems for over 20 yrs. I have been to numerous dentists to say the least, and your office is definitely on top 3 list.
