I have to give the one star in order to post this review. I've been leaving in Libertyville Ridge since 2001. For the last three years Nimrod Realty is our management company. It's the disaster for regular HO. They are not able to make any decisions without talking to the board. They are in the violation of IL privacy law and demonstrated conflict of interest by forcing our community to use their companies lawyers to have the profit.
