During a severely cold winter snow storm, our home in ********** had a power outage. But we weren't there. We were at our winter home in *******. After two days power was restored, but we didn't know for sure whether the furnace had restarted. Great Service Just a great experience all around. The company I usually have come out said they couldn't help me until Monday. I couldn't wait the entire weekend especially having guest's over. I called Nimmer and was told they could fit me in. They even rescheduled someone who didn't have an emergency. The lady on the phone was very nice. They sent out a younger service man. JenniferS. My air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year (so far). I called the first company I found in the yellow pages and they sent over a guy who looked at the unit and said I needed a new compressor. They said the compressor would be over $1,200.00 so they recommended replacing the unit. My dad said I should call Nimmer Heating for a second opinion, so I did. Great Experience! My air conditioner wasn't working. I called nimmer and they were able to get out the same day. John the service man told me that it was low on freeon. He put some in and told me that if it leaked out again they would have to fix a leak which could be costly. A week later the air conditioner went out again and I admit I was mad. Nimmer Heating and air installed Bryant Heating and Cooling system in my house in 2017. The regular maintenance is required by Bryant certified technician for proper operation of the equipment. Unfortunately, I have continuous difficulties with Nimmer Heating and Air conditioning trying to schedule and maintaining the Bryant system. I work as the full time physician at VA Medical Center and when the appointment is scheduled within time limits from 8:00am-2pm I need to take time off my very busy schedule. I highly recommend this company. Mark gave me an accurate quote and went the extra mile to insure the repairs were made and everything was in working order. I was pressed for time because the repairs were dependent to the sale of my house and he made sure the work got done right away. I’m also impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service from Mark and his employees. 5 stars!

Called early AM due to an issue with my air conditioning. Kevin arrived on time, removed the top cover, diagnosed the problem, had the part on the truck and it was fixed! Very nice and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely call again if I have any additional issues with either my air conditioner or furnace. Excellent service, please do not hesitate to call.
We did our due dilgence when our old boiler and water heater serendipitously gave out at almost the exact same time. Nimmer came very highly recommended by a trusted friend and we went with them after getting several bids. Mark Nimmer was very professional and spent a long time with us explaining the system he was proposing. When we accepted his bid, his workers were able to start the project the next day and were finished and all cleaned up in just 48 hrs.
