Nimmer Heating and air installed Bryant Heating and Cooling system in my house in 2017. The regular maintenance is required by Bryant certified technician for proper operation of the equipment. Unfortunately, I have continuous difficulties with Nimmer Heating and Air conditioning trying to schedule and maintaining the Bryant system. I work as the full time physician at VA Medical Center and when the appointment is scheduled within time limits from 8:00am-2pm I need to take time off my very busy schedule. I highly recommend this company. Mark gave me an accurate quote and went the extra mile to insure the repairs were made and everything was in working order. I was pressed for time because the repairs were dependent to the sale of my house and he made sure the work got done right away. I’m also impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service from Mark and his employees. 5 stars!
