A great medical experience from start to finish. I was initially given an appointment with Dr. Motamedi with 3 days of my ER discharge. He is a great physician, all anyone would want, intelligent, well educated, a good listener, responsive to my concerns, friendly, yet professional.
From font counter to every nurse, the anesthesiologist and the doc..every staff was so friendly, professional, informative and positive. Procedures can be pretty invasive, and they have a clinic to run with a lot of patients to see, which is why I was very impressed and greatful for their extra care while being fast and efficient.
My experience was good. The doctor explained my diagnosis and probable treatment. He scheduled an appointment for an endoscopy.
I had a phone appt. Not an in person appt.
