My PCP operates out of here . Everyone here is so pleasant and professional. Gracie there is my favorite medical professional that I deal with across all my doctors. Prompt , efficient and always cheerful makes it a pleasure to deal with this office. Dr Raj takes her time to listen to whatever is bothering me and promptly gets me meds or referrals. A joy to deal with.

Terrible doctors office. 1 the staff are very disrespectful, dismissive, and unhelpful. 2 just try getting an appointment I dare you. It will be months before anyone will see you. 3 starting off my first appointment was fine. I was with Dr plata and he seemed nice. After that I was told that Dr plata was going to dump me off to some other Dr or PA because “he only wants to focus on old sick people” the rude lady’s words on the phone not mine. 4 god help you if you are unlucky enough to speak with Deborah…. The “visit” is only based on the terms of the nurse and doctor, both very dismissive. The nurse was a “know it all” and did not listen to what was being said. Just kept firing off her list of memorized questions. Made a big deal out of having to fill out 2lines on form. “ Had to do it all by herself!” She needs to retire and re-evaluate her life choices.
