Reply: You didn’t speak with me directly, you spoke with my mum. If you felt the agreed cost wasn’t fair or left you out of pocket, you should have raised it then instead of agreeing to it. What’s more concerning is that you increased the cost just a week before the event after confirming everything which was incredibly unprofessional. I absolutely loved Nilo & her teams work! They were all super kind & understanding & the studio itself is so aesthetic & spacious! Madeeha, Amal & Nirgas worked on my hair & makeup & I have received SO many compliments- can’t wait to be back insh’Allah!

My mom and I had our makeup and hair (hijab setting for me) done by Nilo and her team for my brother's wedding reception. The makeup, hair/hijab setting, and dupatta setting were all done so flawlessly. We received so many compliments and I'm hoping we converted some of our guests into future customers. This is a late review but just thought to write this review in hope of helping other brides. I got my bridal makeup done from Nilo. Before coming in for the actual wedding day, I got my trial makeup done and that day the makeup was decent however on my actual wedding day, I can't begin to describe how much I regret booking Nilo! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Nilo! From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand my vision and delivered beyond expectations. The makeup was absolutely stunning and stayed flawless all day long.
