Customer Service is very poor and the guy that literally sits and answer calls on 5-18-21 is not helpful nor does he cares if the company loses business. I’m moving my stuff out and not paying for poor customer service AND an attitude.
very shady. got red lock put on our unit. they didn't know why it was on there, we were paid if full. our lock was missing, no phone calls to let us know. items with value were taken from our unit. i believe it to be an inside job!!! don't use them unless you don't care about security of your items. your lock might come up cut and things missing.
