I wish I could leave no stars - this office is HORRIBLE do not come here. Period. I drove an hour away to be seen here and the only nice part was the nurses and the clerks. The building was terrible to navigate, it was old and falling apart in some spots (my exam room had a hole in the wall) there was dust and dirt everywhere and it looked like nothing had been replaced since the '60s. Due to dealing with chemotherapy and radiation a few of my teeth started bothering me and I was recommended to Dr Santucci, at first I was nervous but Dr Santucci reassured me I would be in good hands. I can honestly say he was correct I barely felt anything, little discomfort throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Dr Santucci as your dentist and his staff was helpful
The staff at Niles Family Dentistry has always been very efficient and friendly! They are attentive to all of my dental needs and get me appointments quickly when needed. I especially love Rachele, the front desk lady, she is absolutely the sweetest person ever and soooooo knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Dr. Santucci if you’re looking for a reliable provider.
Absolutely horrible. They messed up my root canal twice, it has broken both times while i was eating pasta!!! Pasta. When they took a mold of my tooth it went into my throat and broke off and cut my throat!!!! I heard the nurse even say "uh oh, thats a lot of blood" while working on me. Santucci is rude to all of his nurses. Nothing is ever his fault. A nure should not have been doing my temporary crown. Horrible Dennis office schedules you months in advance old style of fixing your teeth and actually kicked me out of the dentistry because I was in the hospital with an infection that went to my brain. Just like the way this country is being run with hatred and distain for everyone that’s how businesses are starting to be running this country and Niles Family Dentistry is one of them.
