I am so grateful that my daughter went into labor and got me out of that place. I am still in shock as I have been to dentist offices all over the US. I have never seen anything like that in my 50 years of life. I felt like I was back in 1982 while my great grandma was about to yank that tooth out in the kitchen and then send me out to get a switch so she could really give me something to cry about. I’m terrified of the dentist which is a reason my teeth are so bad. That and the fact I had HG during my last pregnancy and threw up more times than I can count. Actually lost weight during my pregnancy. However I have finally found a dentist with a sense of humor and one who makes me feel comfortable. He also accepts my insurance which it’s hard to find a dentist who does. I would highly recommend him.
I would not recommend Dr. Santucci Unprofessional, disrespectful, and more focused on upselling unnecessary procedures than patient care.
I wish I could leave no stars - this office is HORRIBLE do not come here. Period. I drove an hour away to be seen here and the only nice part was the nurses and the clerks. The building was terrible to navigate, it was old and falling apart in some spots (my exam room had a hole in the wall) there was dust and dirt everywhere and it looked like nothing had been replaced since the '60s. Due to dealing with chemotherapy and radiation a few of my teeth started bothering me and I was recommended to Dr Santucci, at first I was nervous but Dr Santucci reassured me I would be in good hands. I can honestly say he was correct I barely felt anything, little discomfort throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Dr Santucci as your dentist and his staff was helpful
