I am a patient who takes a medication (quetuiapine)-seroquil for psychosis. I run out Friday and call them to ask for a refill they say the Dr has to write it but it will be ready in 72 hours. I call pharmacy today (monday) to check and nothing yet. I recieve a call from the nch office stating i need to be seen in person before My medication can be refilled.
