Don't waste your time. This place is a joke the lady at the front desk hates her job had the worst attitude ever. It's taken me 2 years to be able to see the doc and the Witch said my autho needed to say gpl1 what a joke. 2 years and she said I had to reschedule she made an appt for 03/30/26 . I would go somewhere else.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for close to 10 years. I don’t know what happened in the last couple years, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone at the front desk. I have to always call several times and leave many voicemails before I get any sort of response. My PCP said my levels are abnormal and that I should see my endocrinologist and I’m traveling soon. I have an authorization to see an endocrinologist, but for two months, I have been trying to schedule an appointment without success. No one answers the phone, no one calls back. I need to see an endocrinologist urgently, yet despite countless attempts, I have no idea when I will actually be able to get an appointment.
