I’ve been coming to this clinic for close to 10 years. I don’t know what happened in the last couple years, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone at the front desk. I have an authorization to see an endocrinologist, but for two months, I have been trying to schedule an appointment without success. No one answers the phone, no one calls back. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment over the phone no matter what time of the day you call no answer had to leave work early to schedule an appointment in person and when you see the doctor she doesn’t take the time to connect and communicate with her patients I will be looking for another endocrinologist
