I purchased from Nik’s Auto Parts before with no issues but this time they refused a return from me. I purchased a used radio for our Chevy Traverse. The radio worked fine but found out that the radio was never the issue. When I tried to return the radio, they would not allow it. Disappointed they had to lose a customer over a $50 radio. I wouldn’t recommend this company for that reason.
Niks provided a used transmission for my 2011 Malibu. Transmission was exactly as described, pulled professionally, at a fair price!! Communication was great! thanks again and I will be doing business again in the future!!
