The patient and assertive customer service by Marilyn was excellent. The vased bouquet of Lillys was very disappointing. It was for my daughter who has a pop-up business in a farmers Market.....XXXXXLillys. All the Lillys in this bouquest were tightly closed! Roses and Baby's Breath helped slightly, but very disappointing when presented. They new about this order for 2 weeks and should have been prepared. Paid $XXX.XX. Too bad.

Super nice people, family-run business. They are very kind and professional. An honest small business like this is what’s really drawn me into buying locals and supporting local businesses more. I got nice soft and warm arrangement for an art gallery opening party, and they understood the assignment! I can see myself getting more flowers from them. Plus, they are only a few blocks from where I live.
