Excellent Service And The Food Was Delicious. Carried Food Home And Ate It For Two Days. Had My Sisters With Me From Tennessee And They Stated They Had Never Seen That Much Food For The Price. "Keep Up The Good Work."
Absolutely terrible service I just encountered at this restaurant. My server apparently got into it with a member of my party and I guess that meant I was guilty by association. This was my first time coming to this restaurant as a patron and my last. The service I received was horrendous as my server never asked me do I want another beverage, never checked on me and asked me was everything okay or even asked did I want dessert. Always good food in a BIG way! Good place to meet-n-greet!
My birthday is Monday and I am planning to come to dinner at 6pm with family, friends and church family. Do I have to make reservations? Nikola's. My experience last night was absolutely a tremendous let down. I am done. The manager was rude and insensitive. The worst $20 meal I ever experienced.... The ribs were rough and tough, cutting the meat was like cutting cardboard. I had a party of 16 and we were all treated badly. Don't worry about me coming back. Great food and, even though the restaurant was packed full of the Sunday after church crowd, there was no wait and we were seated and taken care of. I will always recommend Nickolas, try it and you will be coming back.
