Dr. Alain was my pediatrician and we feel so blessed to have him as our child's pediatrician. He and his staff are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate.
OK.. You will be bored to death waiting for him We have been seeing Dr Alain for close to 5 years now for both my daughters. He generally does a decent job as per expectation from Pediatrician. However, the wait time is atrocious. The modus operandi is you will be ushered to a room promptly by the nurse who will do basic procedure like temperature, pressure, height /weight etc. However, post that she will leave asking you to "wait, Doctor will be with you shortly". He is an amazing doctor with a kind and compassionate heart. Consider yourself lucky to have him take care of your children. I’ve never had difficulty with a long wait and even if I did I’d sit there knowing the visit would be well worth it.
