The staff and PA are friendly and helpful. They are happy to help and answer questions. PA answered all my concerns. Very pleased I found this office.
I came here for a skin tag removed. The front desk collected $50 co-pay. When I got in,the nurse practitioner and the nurse said they would cut it and verify with insurance. The nurse came back and said I needed to pay $85 total. Since I paid $50 already, I only needed to pay another $35. After the procedure, I came out to check out, the lady named Fina collected another $35 and said they would need to set up the follow up appointment. Dr. Nikko is the best. Gave me reassurance from what I thought I had, to What I really have going on with my skin. He recommended products based on my needs and not just for a dollar amount... He's all about taking care of his patients versus just a sale.
PA Russell Zamar is the best! As a new patient, he was extremely attentive and receptive to my concerns about my acne. He is very knowledgeable and provided the utmost compassionate care. He took the time to walk me through different treatment options and tailored my treatment plan to what fit best for me. I felt heard, cared for, and confident in the treatment we chose. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family!
Physicians Assistant Russell, took great care of me and explained everything thoroughly. He did a surgical procedure on me and it went so well and he did such an amazing job! 10/10 recommend! Everyone at the office is so nice! Ethan N
