Sadly this owner bullied a high school employee. She's always been rude to customers & it's finally gotten her in trouble.
Respect costs nothing. Seeing an employee referred to as "too dumb," then fired after respectfully addressing the comment, speaks volumes about the workplace culture. Regardless of any additional context, professionalism starts with leadership. Based on what I've seen, I can't support a business that appears to treat employees this way.
To see how unprofessional and disrespectful this employer has treated her employees! And not only that but a minor no less!!! Unlawful termination!!!! Shut this business down and get rid of this horrible human being!
Owner and staff are rude and unprofessional. Clothing is dated and way over priced. Selection of homecoming dresses is terrible as well.
Cannot support a company, even a local one, that is willing to treat their employees with the disrespect the owner got caught doing to one of her high school employees.
The reviews speak for themselves. Humiliating a high school girl because you never left your mean girl era is very heartbreaking. I will be praying for you that you change your sick ways, Nikki.

Store owner is a bully
Over priced secondhand clothing. Rude and unprofessional owner as well as her employees. This establishment should have out of business a very long time ago and due to our community being very supportive of small and local businesses, the establishment thrived, however look at the community now, we do not support mean, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional business owners. What Nikki said and did to that high school student was unnecessary. Do not shop here. Soon she’s have to change to name to Nikki’s next to nothing
