Very unprofessional and rude to employees
I don't support businesses who are discriminatory, hostile and retaliatory! Expecting an employee who is a minor, to open and close and hasn't been trained to do so is beyond reason! Why set them up to fail? Gossip has absolutely no business in the workplace at all when you are a grown woman. There was no apology to the injured employee (protected class), instead she was terminated. Not nice, made a teenager cry
My money goes to businesses that value respect and accountability. Based on how this situation was handled with this teenage employee, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business. Leaders set the tone, and the response to this situation fell far short of the professionalism I'd expect. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible human being who mistreats staff and terminated an underage employee when the owner accidentally messaged her calling the girl dumb.
I'm not dumb enough to shop here.
Wildly unprofessional. The behavior is too dumb for me.
