I dropped my chain to get repaired about a week ago. At first the Dad (Nick) which was somewhat respectful, told me at first my chain was fake until he checked it. Then told me my chain would be ready in 3-4 days. After 3-4 days I called to check if my chain was ready no one answered so I showed up after 35 minutes of driving for the son to tell me it wasn’t ready and to come back today (wed, July 9th). I went to Nick Jewelry sold today I originally went to fix a few gold items but instead I decided to trade it in. They were amazing as they gave me the highest valve for my gold and I got a beautiful new piece. I will definitely recommend going here and will be back again
