First, we made a reservation for a table and confirmed it. We showed up and they gave our table away. Next, we tried grabbing drinks at the bar because that was the only area they let us into and the bartender had no sense of a real ID. TWO “police officers” were there and all they had to say was they could not do anything. Completely ridiculous and a waste of our time. Hire professional employees that know how to accept real IDs. I hope you shut down from underage drinking.
Your establishment is a joke. Hire competent staff that know a real ID when they see one. The amount of underaged people we saw is laughable. What a waste of time and money. Old lady with blonde hair at the outside bar should be fired.
This was a great place to lounge for a few hours before our flight home. Great dreams and vibes! Didnt eat but others around us seemed to enjoy their food.
Here for an event and seems impressive
Went to Nikki beach with friends on our recommendation having been to Nikki Beach Dubai Which was great. Nikki Beach Miami was very poor, no pool and really slow service, waited one and a half hours for service, flat party, paid 400 dollars for a bed
Very bad service went there with friends last night we got there around 6 and ordered drinks at the bar bill was over $70 We sat down at one of the tables and 2 minutes later we ware asked to leave as they are supposed to be closed since 5 I asked the guy if you are closed why would you sell us drinks and charge us and now kick us out We asked for a manager that never came and told we have 10 minutes to finish the drink and leave or they will turn off the light I will never be back to this tourist trap Don’t go there
