NEVER EVER would recommend. Entire place and everyone in it is extremely shady, sketchy, and does not have the buyer in mind. Cira DeSantiago is one of the worst realtors you could have! She could never thoroughly answer any of our questions, and she was late to closing and every house showing we ever had scheduled. She still owes us $500, and now she will never answer any of our phone calls or text messages. Getting an attorney involved. STAY AWAY.
Roger Perkins is shady and isn’t for the protection of the buyers. Don’t use him. Bias against VA loans. I’m a disabled veteran just looking for my dream house, but apparently they just want to scam me out of money. He just laughed at our realtor when she was trying to protect us from over paying for a house and for making sure we didn’t get taken advantage of with repair costs

Ada Ochoa with nikkel and associates was awesome and helped me with everything every step of the way. From the day we came in contact up to the last day of closing, and even after. Very professional and very knowledgeable and I would recommend her over and over again!
