You can never reach anyone at the office!! No one returns messages and you have to go through a calling center and can not get the office...
Horrible, absolutely horrible. My grandma has early onset dementia, extreme vertigo & nausea. There is absolutely no sense of urgency or care with her condition from this office. She has been in the hospital 4 times from January to June, the hospital staff informs her that there are serious problems every time yet every time she sees her primary care doctor there is no action or help. If you or someone you love needs serious care, this place is not the place to go. She desperately needs dizzy and nausea medication, medicatio... read more

Terrible service. I went to have myself checked. I have a strong pain in my chest, don't know if it's heart burn or problems with my heart. They keep sending me to different place and yet dont know what's going on with me. I finally have an appointment next Wednesday hopefully I will find something out.
I don't think I've seen Dr. Shetty particularly, but the Kingsburg location of Adventist Health is awesome. I've had nothing but really good experiences with Adventist. They're my primary provider thru Cal Viva and I would never change them.
