Tried three times to get them to do the job agreed to. They were late and didn't do the work. Whole house clean was 'done' in about 1/2 hour, because we were unable to stay to supervise. I have photos that show the mess they left behind - carpets and floors not cleaned or vacuumed at all. Kitchen appliances all left dirty - quick wipe of the bathrooms and partial of the oven was about it. My mom is OCD when it comes to cleaning, so she was really impressed with this cleaning service. All of our rooms were really clean and there wasn't a chemical scent, which I appreciated. Our kitchen tends to be pretty dirty since we love cooking but hate cleaning, however the maids did a great job! They even managed to clean the years of stains of spilled drinks and food in our refrigerator and now it smells great.
