Just left his office for an appointment with my hubby. He was extremely professional, thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained things very well and listened attentively. We feel very comfortable with him and his medical advice.
I’ve never been treated so poorly….he did not listen to me, he talked over me, was in an hurry and was very demeaning. This was the second time I’ve seen him and I won’t be returning. At the first visit, he treated me just fine because my husband was present. It was a whole different story when I was alone. Very, very RUDE! Not up to date with the latest menopause research.
I escorted a client to see him recently -he came in the room, sat down and listened attentively to his needs. He provided good advice -it was just a bit difficult getting an appointment due to his hospital schedule but he does work at multiple locations so check both Mt. Clemens and Clinton Twp offices for openings.
