I have never in my life dealt with this level of disrespect and lack of care for the patient. I came to my appointment last week late but still within the grace period rushing in the rain. The front desk lady was being very dismissive and sent a black lady out to assist me and I spoke on how I felt like I was being racially profiled (they later stated she was the manager) which I didn’t know at the time. Very disgusting doctor I came today for an appointment it’s pouring down raining I get here 5 mins late and he left the office expecting me to wait another 4 months to get help with a rash I already had to wait 4 months. He had no sympathy or concern for situation. They also were being racist toward me telling me I need to leave and asking me do I need to hear it from a black person all because I was asking questions and trying to understand why would he leave the office when he had a client,

I was happy and satisfied with treatment I received. It was of the upmost professionalism. I thank evey one that I encountered their . They treated me very well and respect. To me that's what matters the most giving n receiving of respect . So I thanks to Dr. Patel and his nurses that helped me . Thank you for being true professionals.
