nice store looks like heaven...
I cant seem to understand why costumers are allowed to try sneakers walk around the store strike up a conversation with workers to then say they do not want the sneakers and then they put them back in the box for someone else to buy also the majority of the workers not friendly at all costumer service absolutely terrible this is so unacceptable I strongly will not recommend this store to nobody corporate needs to know
I immediately was greeted by an African American female who addressed us with assistance. Her smile was engaging and we felt welcomed. I was at Cross County Mall earlier today in the Addidas store, which was not as spacious or friendly. I will be shopping more frequently from the Bronx to Soho, Manhattan, through tons of traffic; rather than my local store in the mall. Your staff tonight for myself and my niece was exemplary with every person we interacted with as we purchased items🤗🤗🤗
