Great store with excellent customer service! The employees on the (basketball) 5th floor greeted us with smiles and fast assistance. After closing the testing basketball court, the employees made an exception so that I could shoot some hoops with my 2 yr old son, even lowering the rim for a few dunks. If I am being critical I’d like to see more of a complete collection in comparison to the online inventory for such a high profile store. Having said that I can’t wait to go back when in town again.

Why I will NEVER shop at a Nike retail location again more less Nike, Inc as a whole. The Nike corporation only allows issues with store locations to be dealt by that retail store. NIKE CORPORATE customer service does not handle customers service issues. Working for another retail location and seeing many customer service issues I know that we will go over and beyond to assist customers!
