I was told by NIKE to go to this store to get help with air unit in my sneakers that ruptured pre maturely. I have a medical condition in that right foot with the rupture pack, so I need a resolution immediately to help with the pain. The staff was warm and welcoming! They were up to speed on the whole situation from my phone call the previous day. They listened to what I needed in a replacement and didn't try to steer me elsewhere. Also I have the ability to wear the shoes to make sure the fit is excellent!
