RecommendedGreat place to live!!! I have been here going on 4 months now and have nothing but great things to say about this complex. Ashley has been amazing and so patient showing me the apartment, Olga has made the paperwork a breeze and Ken will show up at your apartment within 5 minutes to fix whatever needs fixing. Everyone on staff at Niguel Summit truly cares about your comfort and happiness. It's a great location, quiet, clean & close to beaches and shopping. Would recommend to all of my friends in a heartbeat!
My wife and I love Niguel Summit! We love our newly renovated apartment and the view of Laguna Niguel. The location is perfect – it’s never too hot or too cold. I love that there are so many trails and how we’re so close to the ocean. Our neighbors are very friendly and I love seeing all the pups in the neighborhood! My boyfriend and I love Niguel Summit! We love our newly renovated apartment and the view of Laguna Niguel. The location is perfect – it’s never too hot or too cold. I’ve had very good satisfaction with the dealings with the people of Niguel Summit. The maintenance guys are always helpful when needed and easy to work with. Thanks to the people who take care of the tenants.
This community is well kept, the maintenance team is right on top of any work orders! They are proactive with keeping this updated and up to code. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly! Devon was amazing she helped us so much while we were there, if you are honest and forthright with what you are facing they will go that extra mile to help you out! I would Highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in Laguna Niguel. Top Notch team 😁
