We purchased a 2016 Edge our salesman was wonderful, kind and patient. The finance dept was great as well. We buy the majority of our vehicles from coconut point ford and plan to continue to do so in the future.

Well I've been in to tamiami Ford 3 times to get my focus fixed but they couldn't figure it out. I don't know if they were just to lazy to test the instrument cluster or they just kept my car and starred at it. They finally figured it out.

I991 until this time, 2016, my satisfaction with Tamiami Ford has been stedfast. When looking for a good used vehicle the last 3 years, I always make it through Tamiami Ford. The salesmen have always been helpful, and listened to what we wanted, making suggestions, but not being typical, high maintenance, too pushy, and not really listening to what you want, just what they need to sell. So, it is easy to go through the process at Tamiami Ford.

I first took my 2015 Focus in back in February. The diagnosis showed that the clutch failed and a new one had to be ordered. It took almost nine weeks to get it in. Once it arrived an appointment was scheduled for the repair. Due to the complexity of the repair it took two days. The good thing is it was covered under the warranty. Which is great. I'm glad to have my car back. Other than having to wait so long for the part, the service department was pleasant.

My experience at Tamiami Ford has been as satisfying as what I had up in Michigan. Although I resided there much longer and was really happy with dealership there. As such, I never went to another dealer because they treated me very honestly and satisfactorily. Because for the past ten years we lived part time in both Mich. and Fla. I serviced my cars with Tamiami Ford while in Florida. We reside now full time in Fla. and being content with Tamiami Ford I leased a second car a TITANIUM ESCAPE from them.
