Was visiting Florida on vacation and needed my oil changed in my truck. This dealership was far more friendly and efficient than where I bought the truck and have it serviced back home. 5 stars!

I needed to service my Ford because of a recall. I was given a loaner car and my car was serviced in a few hours. As always, great service.

I thought I might need a new battery - which proved to be the case. I had no appointment - went to the Quick Lane Service - Staff very pleasant, as always. It didn't take long for the battery to be replaced.

The service people are always polite and helpful. When I called about my car being towed for service, the towing service did not arrive until several hours past the time given. So I called to let them know as the service department would be closed. The receptionist indicated that would not be a problem and told me what would happen. When I followed up on the servicing of the car, the service rep didn't know the status at that time but would get back to me which he did in a timely manner.I didn't have to keep calling to find ... read more

Took me in with a last minute Service appointment and took care of my recall and a few other matters in a: timely, effective and friendly manner. Jeff Novak in Service and Wayne ( Mechanic ) have always taken very good care of me.

We purchased a Ford Explorer and consider it a fantastic vehicle. Our salesman, Pete Groll went above and beyond and would not consider buying from anyone else in the future

Took Ford Fusion in for 2 recalls. Work did not get finished in the time stated, but was very helpful in furnishing a rental for the weekend. They gave me a Red Mustang Convertible. I loved it! Everyone was very helpful.

The Customer Service Personnel are very easy to deal with and responsive. Not having to make a reservation makes for a convenient situation, providing that you are aware of the busy times.
